Sea's the Day Recipe Cards
The Recipe cards were the first part of the project to be completed and have been hugely successful. The aim was to take local catch and show you wonderful recipes giving you ideas about how to cook it in your own kitchen. Many restaurants across the Manhood Peninsula take pride in serving local produce, particularly seafood, and kindly agreed to provide a recipe each for the project. Six restaurants took part, as did all the outlets on the fishing beach. In addition a card was also produced showing you how to dress a crab, and another showing where on the fishing beach you can buy, or take home the ingredients for, a home made crab sandwich.

Don't forget the Crab Shack at Selsey Bill. They only opened recently or they would have been part of it too, but are happily distributing the cards for us anyway.
