Open Farm Sunday June 9th

Come along to Marsh Farm in Sidlesham on 9th June 2013 for a fun day out on Open Farm Sunday. See their beautiful cows and try some of their luxury ice cream!

There will be guided walks around the dairy explaining how the cows and their calves are cared for. You will be able to see the cows being milked from the new viewing gallery in the afternoon. The farm vet will be there scanning pregnant cows and explaining the important part she plays on the farm. You can also enjoy some pond dipping and a nature trail on your way to other parts of the farm to see where ice cream is made. At Chalder Farm find out how they make ice cream using local fruit and watch as it is freshly made - a perfect treat for the day.
