Fish is the Dish

Fish is the Dish
The Fish is the Dish initiative by Seafish was designed as a hard-working digital campaign to show consumers why they should eat more seafood, more often. The platform (www.fishisthedish.co.uk) offers a wide variety of seafood recipes, created using the insight and expertise of renowned chefs and nutritional experts who promote how quick, easy, tasty and healthy seafood is. There is also a host of information on different species, seafood articles and ‘How To’ guides to assist with buying, storing , preparing and cooking seafood.

There are a number of local species caught near the shores of the Manhood Peninsula as shown in the Sea's the day recipe cards. Help support your local Selsey fishery and get more of that beneficial omega 3 into your diet by heading for the Selsey fishing beach and the local pubs and restaurants who serve freshly caught local produce.
