A27 Chichester Bypass Consultation

A27 Chichester Bypass Consultation

Highways England has begun the consultation on the A27 Improvement Scheme. Congestion and extensive queuing occur daily at most of the junctions along the bypass, especially during the seasonal peaks. The traffic volumes and congestion on the bypass also have an impact on air quality and noise in the surrounding areas of Chichester.

Work on the proposals has been ongoing for some time, and you can now have your say by responding online. The following link takes you to the main government website where all options and supporting documents are presented, and the contact information needed to make your response.

The response deadline is Thurs 22 September 2016.
