Congestion and extensive queuing occur daily at most of the junctions along the bypass, especially during the seasonal peaks. The traffic volumes and congestion on the bypass also have an impact on air quality and noise in the surrounding areas of Chichester.<\/p>\n<p>Work on the proposals has been ongoing for some time, and you can now have your say by responding online.
