The proposed completion this autumn is looking on schedule. There are some temporary road closures planned:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medmerry and Earnley Road closures <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The EA has been liaising with West Sussex County Council Highways and the utility companies to programme the construction of the diversion pipes under the road in Earnley. There are three sections of road that require pipes.
