The Love Sandcastle Challenge will be held on Saturday 18th August\u00a0at the award-winning West Wittering Blue Flag beach. The competition is being organised by RIBA, the Royal Institute of British architects, and is open to\u00a0everyone who would like\u00a0to create a sandcastle on an architectural theme.<\/p>\n

The event is free to enter but you\u00a0MUST register with\u00a0Shelagh Ferriman by 10th August\u00a0at the following email address: shelagh.ferriman@riba.org<\/a>. Or by phone:\u00a00118 9874900.<\/p>\n

Registration is free, however there is a small fee of \u00a37.50 for car parking<\/p>\n

Participants\u00a0need to be there\u00a0from 9.30am and the competition starts at 10.30am. Judging will take place at 1.30pm\u00a0when\u00a0prizes will be awarded in the following categories:<\/p>\n

Most Technically Daring<\/p>\n

Best Overall Scheme<\/p>\n

People's Choice<\/p>\n
