The Planning &amp; Climate Change Coalition was brought together by Friends of the Earth and the Town &amp; Country Planning Association. It\u00a0includes over 40 cross-sector organisations and individuals.<\/p>\n<p>The Planning and Climate Change Guide: guidance and model policies for local authorities can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/peninsulapartnership.org.uk\/abd\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Planning-for-Climate-Change.pdf\">here<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The guide is designed primarily for local authorities and the forthcoming Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) who want to both tackle climate change and enable greater use of renewable energy.
