The Terror is the last remaining oyster boat from the once thriving fleet that worked out of Emsworth.\u00a0A few years ago\u00a0the vessel was noticed by John Davis, former Chichester\u00a0Harbour Master\u00a0and\u00a0Manager , who recognised its\u00a0historic worth. The vessel\u00a0was then taken under the wing of Chichester Harbour Conservancy as part of a Heritage Lottery funded project and refurbished. Members of the public are welcome to book trips on the Terror and experience the traditional world of wooden boats. During September a number of trips are being organised by the Conservancy.<\/p>\n
