{"id":2712,"date":"2013-01-16T14:23:17","date_gmt":"2013-01-16T14:23:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peninsulapartnership.org.uk\/?p=2712"},"modified":"2015-07-02T08:16:54","modified_gmt":"2015-07-02T08:16:54","slug":"selsey-coastal-trust","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/peninsulapartnership.org.uk\/where-is-the-manhood\/selsey\/selsey-coastal-trust\/","title":{"rendered":"Selsey Coastal Trust"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Selsey Coastal Trust is a working project, which is looking at how Selsey\u2019s community can shape the long-term future of the town.<\/p>\n<p>During the initial phases of the project (Dec 2009 \u2013April 2011), members of the Trust were able to test the feasibility of their ideas as part of the DEFRA funded Chichester Coastal Change Pathfinder project, hosted by Chichester District Council. \u00a0They were able to investigate potential regeneration projects that could be progressed in the future, to enhance and benefit Selsey and support the Trust\u2019s activities. The concept also had the support of Selsey Town Council. During July 2011 they became a fully incorporated Trust and are emerging as an independent, not-for-profit, community-led body.<\/p>\n<p>More\u00a0about the Trust's activities during Pathfinder Project can be found below.
