It is an innovative idea to help motivate people to reduce their energy consumption and therefore lower their personal and community carbon footprint. The scheme started in Hampshire with the \u2018Greening Petersfield\u2019 campaign, the idea of a local resident who wanted to make a difference.<\/p>\n<p>On the Manhood Peninsula, Oving Parish has been selected to run a trial campaign called \u2018Greening Oving\u2019 which will be similar to the campaign in Petersfield.
